Talavera Tableware

Mexican talavera tableware is handcrafted in two categories. Highly decorative ceramics and tableware for daily use. The first type is hand painted with colorful elaborated patterns often based on colonial hacienda past. The regular mexican tableware has white background and dark blue or cobalt design. Both painting technic produce very unique and beautiful ceramics.
