Mexican Tile Installation

Mexican tile installation is not exactly the same as regular ceramic tiles. The main differences are that tiles from Dolores Hidalgo are not flat so regular hand cutter cannot be used, water saw with a diamond blade only. It includes height relief tiles, kitchen backsplash tile murals and regular talavera tiles. In addition, they differ in sizes so they cannot be installed the way they touch each other. It is necessary to leave space between them to accommodate tiles shape differences. Mexican tiles are rustic vintage looking. They will add old world colonial look to the space.
