Rustica House strongly suggests hiring a contractor for the kitchen vent hood installation. When caring for the copper do not use abrasive cleaners, brillo pads nor a sharp brush. Wash it with water soap solution while scrabbling with a nylon brush. Dry with a cloth or towels. Don't allow long contact with acidic foods. Oranges, ketchup, lemon or any citric juice might discolor the metal.
