Beautiful hood, installation issues

Review by Ann B. on 12 Aug 2022 - Review stating Beautiful hood, installation issues. The hood is beautiful and completed the kitchen design. The installation could have been easier as the hood came without a hole cut for the vent pipe to go through the ceiling and there were no holes drilled in the frame for screws. Luckily I have an installer who could handle the metal work, but it did cost me extra for the added installation.
