Cantera Wall Fountain Care
Cantera wall fountains need little care limited to rinsing with water from time to time. Occasionally, examine it for debris or leafs in the basin. Once a year mix one table spoon of dish detergent with one litter of water. USe the solution to clean the stone using a nylon brush. Make sure the mixture enters deep in to pores. Architectural stone is soft material. Be extra careful when brushing it. Pumps and lights are not included. You can purchase them at most hardware stores. The cantera becomes darker when it gets wet. Cantera fountain installed outdoors in the winter climate requires additional caring. Expending freezing ice might damage the stone. Cover the fountain with a tarp while it is still dry and warm.
