Hammered Copper

To hammered copper product category we include copper vent hoods, apron, vessel, drop-in bathroom sinks and  clawfoot bathtubs. Those are free standing grand slippers or soaking style. Copper Range Hoods

Some of them are decorated vertical and horizontal straps and others furnished with a crown modding and tall apron for accommodating exceptionally  large copper range hood inserts. Some models can be manufactured for high ceiling by extending its chimney to the desired length. It forms a part of the hood made of a single structure from iron.

Copper Sinks

Beside standard kitchen sink size such as 33 x 22 and nine deep, we can fabricate them with any dimensions. There are three main categories in general. Bathroom washbasins, kitchen and  copper bar sinks. Bath type is commonly made round and oval as drop-in or vessel. We use twenty gauge material. There is also a combination of both where the outside wall is a little bid lower. Usually, it is about four inches less than the total depth. A Bar sink is often very similar to bathroom one but equipped with a large drain hole which is then centimeters in diameter. We can add an over flow tube connecting both drains and preventing water from going over the edge. It is a good idea if you have children around or no house insurance.

Copper Tabletops and Tables

Most of the tabletops are sold for eat-in area or dining rooms. Thirty six, forty two and eight are the mostly used. For for the production of tops and tables we use particle board covered with metal including sizes and lip underneath. By doing so there are no sharp edges so they are safe to use. Lately, we have been running custom production for bar  and fast food chains. In case of commercial application our  restaurant copper table-tops are assembled from stronger triply that is sprayed with oil based paint for moisture production. Zinc in Home Improvement

It is very similar to above mentioned supply. All our hoods can be handcrafted with other metal styling. The only difference is finishing. Instead of patina we use sulfate solution making a  zinc tabletop and vent hood darker. They can be both hammered or smooth. In additional, we can polish natural color into shinning look. In that particular version they are both rustic and modern appliances that can be installed in country kitchens as well as modern city lofts.

They are based on baroque period with a lot of decorative ornaments and complicated figures.
